Start with a task

When you begin, you do not need to master complex operations first. After entering a project, tell AI directly what you want to accomplish, and provide as much context, existing material, and desired outcome as possible.

For example, you can ask "Organize this interview transcript and list the action items," "Draft an event proposal based on the existing materials," or "Analyze the data in the spreadsheet and provide the key conclusions." After the task is complete, you can continue asking questions, adjusting, or adding content based on the current result.

Build a complete workflow around a project

A project is the basic unit for organizing work. Around the same goal, you can keep related tasks, conversations, and files together, reuse the existing context as you continue, and avoid explaining the background again each time.

• Individual users can create a project for a topic, plan, or deliverable, then gradually organize materials, create content, and review results.

• Team users can collaborate around a shared goal, allowing members to view context, add materials, and advance the tasks they own within the same project.

Choose the right capability for your needs

Different tasks call for different ways of collaborating with AI. Choose an available feature or Digital Crew member based on your goal, and describe the desired output format in your task.

• When you need to organize information quickly, ask AI to summarize materials, extract key points, or create action items.

• When you need to deliver content, continue refining proposals, reports, slides, or spreadsheets.

• When your team needs to reuse experience, record commonly used methods, materials, and task workflows in a project so they can be consulted and extended during future collaboration.

For team leads or administrators, we recommend learning the daily usage patterns first, then configuring members, features, and management options based on your team's needs.
